MAC Membership & Fees
When An Athlete Registers
When an athlete registers, you will pay a MAC team registration fee ($100) and your athlete's first month's dues at the time of registration. When your athlete is approved and placed on the roster, you will receive an email and have access to your account. After that, you will fall into our normal billing cycle, which is detailed below.
Each swimmer must also register as a member of USA Swimming. Instructions to register with USA Swimming will be sent to each family once the MAC registration process has been completed and approved.
Important: Service hours are required for all families. You can find detailed information about this requirement on the "Service Hours" page, accessible via the "Fees" drop-down menu on our homepage.
Annual Registration Fees
United States Swimming Registration Fee: $82 per year*
This fee is paid directly to USA Swimming via their online registration portal by all swimmers upon joining the team and each September thereafter. This is a required fee to register your swimmer with United States Swimming. Club swimmers should select the premium membership when given the option, as the flex membership has significant limitations on competition participation.
USA Swimming Registration Portal
MAC Team Registration Fee: $100 per season*
This fee is collected by MAC when you join the team and then annually on September 1st.
Uniform Fee: $85 per year*
This fee is billed annually on September 1 and covers the cost of your swimmer's new team suit and shirt.
* USA Swimming Registration, MAC Team Registration, Uniform Fee and monthly dues are non-refundable.

Discounts & Billing Information:
- There is a 5% discount for the 2nd swimming sibling (after the first full-paid swimmer), 10% for the 3rd, and 15% for the 4th, with a family "cap" of $450 per month for monthly dues.
- Families who elect to pay seasonally (Fall - August 1st, Spring - December 1st, Summer - April 1st) will receive a 10% discount on the total monthly dues for that season.
- Monthly dues are billed automatically on the 1st of each month through the MAC auto-pay system. A 3% credit card processing fee is applied when billing is processed (Note: original text said .03%, typically it's 3%).
- New families will set up their payment arrangements upon joining the team through the Team Unify website.
- Monthly/seasonal dues are non-refundable.
- Our Post Grad program is for athletes who have graduated from high school. This group pays an annual fee of $350 and must be registered with USA Swimming. No service hours are required for this group.
Accounts that have signed up for auto-pay are charged a $10 bank processing fee if the credit card/account on file is declined at the time of billing. There is a $20 fee for checks returned for non-sufficient funds. All accounts not paid in full by the 10th of each month are subject to a $10 late fee, and the athlete may not be allowed to continue training until payment has been received.
Meet Fees
Swimmers who choose to participate in swim meets will be charged for the meet based on the specific fees for that meet. Families can expect to pay a $7 MAC surcharge and an $8 LSC (Local Swim Committee) surcharge per athlete per meet, plus typically $3-$10 per individual event (out-of-state meets tend to be more expensive). These fees will be included in the monthly charges billed out on the 1st of each month.
Please note: If you have declared your swimmer's participation in a meet, you will be charged for those meet fees regardless of your swimmer's actual participation. MAC is charged by the host team once the meet entries are sent in prior to the event, and these fees are always non-refundable to the club.
Membership Cancellation, Holds, Late Fees & Penalties
MAC requires that those wishing to suspend their team participation must contact a team administrator to fill out the proper paperwork. Any changes to account status must be given in writing via the MAC Online Cancellation/Suspension Notice Form. All cancellations and suspensions are subject to a 30-day notice policy. Registration fees are non-refundable.
If you have questions on your account, please contact Abbey Zajdzinski.
